Cactus members and friends,
The world has turned some new corners, and we as a club are not immune from the global concerns about our health and that of others. To that end, I surveyed our board for their thoughts about continuing our regularly scheduled rides, including the St. Patrick’s Day ride set for tomorrow. In an effort to exercise prudent cautions and to alert members, we will be suspending all organized club rides immediately and until further notice. I will encourage you all to continue to engage in the healthy physical activity of riding- I see that sunshine and fresh air appear to have well known health benefits! Guess we already knew that! I will be sending out periodic notes to the membership and as soon as it considered prudent to resume our rides, we will. Take care, and take care of those around you.
